What would I do?

As a Traffic Manager, you'll plan, organize, direct and control the traffic department at a carrier. You're responsible for ensuring that the company has sufficient trucks available to meet requirements.

You'll also be responsible for monitoring goods in transit and delivery schedules for performance purposes. You'll manage department budgets and expenditures, and recruit and train staff.
