Terminal Managers are generally promoted from the lower levels of dock/warehouse supervision. You should be aware that you may require a post-secondary education, and 5 to 10 years of supervisory experience in the industry (preferably in warehouse/distribution operations) before you qualify to become a Terminal Manager.
