What would I do?
As a Shop Supervisor/Foreman, you're responsible for preparing work schedules, deciding which jobs come first, and handing out work to the right people. You'll also work with the parts supply and control teams to ensure that the right parts and supplies are on hand for upcoming jobs.
Other workers will report to you, including technicians, mechanics and other shop personnel. You may also be involved in maintenance tasks in addition to your supervising duties.
