How do I get to be a Rate Clerk?
Many Rate Clerks enter the industry directly from high school, and learn on the job. However, the position generally requires some form of post-secondary education in office administration, accounting/bookkeeping or a similar discipline. Additional professional development through courses in transportation and logistics is useful.
