What would I do?

As a Freight Claims Specialist, you'll investigate all customer claims for damaged or lost freight. It's your job as a Freight Claims Specialist to help resolve your customer's freight issues in a manner that is fair and equitable for all parties.

Good customer service, communication and conflict resolution skills are essential. So is knowledge of company-specific policies and procedures for handling freight claims. To be successful in this position, it's also important to know the proper procedures for loading and handling freight in order to assess the validity of customer claims.
